  • Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Grease or line cake pans with paper.
  • Add oats to a food processor and then blend into flour. Oat flour can be used. Combine the rest of the ingredients.
  • Combine dry & wet ingredients or then mix until well incorporated.
  • Evenly distribute dry and batter into a 3-inch pancake. Bake for 25 to 26 minutes, then insert a toothpick to come clean.
  •  In the pan, forget 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack entirely
  •  In the central time, prepare the frosting of choice
